CrossFit Kids
CrossFit Kids is the principal strength and conditioning program for many young athletes, and is widely used in public, home and charter schools’ P.E. curriculum. It is used by athletic teams, martial arts schools and parents who want their kids to grow up healthy and strong with a life-long love of exercise. Kids who exercise are much more likely to avoid the common problems associated with childhood inactivity and obesity.
Our program
We deliver a fitness program that is designed to be broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump – effectively and safely – regardless of their fitness level. Athletics is a specialized pursuit. Our goal is to support the specialist, but reward the generalist.
Classes run from Tuesday, August 2nd through Thursday, September 8th. Days are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5-6PM. This is a total of 12 sessions. (Note: additional courses run year-round).
