Get Started with an INTRO
Becoming a student at Plymouth CrossFit is a simple, three-step process:
Step One Introduction to CrossFit
The Plymouth CrossFit intro is a 60-minute session in which you will learn everything you need to know about us and the programs we run. It starts with a quick interview to make sure our coaches are aware of any physical limitations or restrictions, as well as your personal fitness goals. From there you will be taken through a one-on-one training session with a Plymouth CrossFit coach.
The session starts with a typical CrossFit stretch and some cardio to get the blood flowing in preparation for the workout. During the workout we will assess your current fitness level; CrossFit workouts scale to all levels of fitness and working one-on-one ensures that we get it right just for you. After the workout you will cool down with your coach and discuss how Plymouth CrossFit works, discuss your goals, and determine whether or not Plymouth Crossfit is a “good fit” for you. Most people can tell after one workout if CrossFit is what they are looking for.
Step Two OnRamp Program
If you determine that CrossFit is a good fit, you will have an opportunity enroll in our On-Ramp program. The On-Ramp program consists of five private-coaching sessions designed to prepare you to participate in our groups. The class is called “On Ramp” for a specific reason. We want to “ramp you up” to the level of intensity and output that is inherent in our current CrossFitters. Our On-Ramp program emphasizes skill development and exposure to the basic movements of CrossFit training. It is designed to prepare anyone and everyone to enter Plymouth Crossfit classes. Our objective is to educate and demonstrate proper technique at all times; this is to ensure your safety and sucess. On-Ramp is a prerequisite for Crossfit group training.
Step Three Choose a Membership
Now it’s time to decide on a package that works for you, depending on your schedule and fitness level. Below is a breakdown of our membership packages. It is important to point out that we support the heroes and students among us. We have significant discounts for Police, Fire, and Military (active, veteran, or retired). Our group and personal training options is pound-for-pound the best value around (best facility, best coaches, most experience, etc.) We guarantee you will get the highest level of service and professionalism in every workout. We have spent the last 20 years developing human conditioning and performance training programs, and those years of experience show in every class you participate in. Needless to say we hold our selves to the highest standards. You will not find a program with greater potential for reaching your fitness goals.
