Coach Mike Kerul has been involved in sports throughout his life. In 2004, he was Adrian College’s running back. His interest in physical training continued to drive his life and he is best known in the Plymouth-Canton community as Salem High School’s Varsity running back coach.

You are likely to meet Coach Dave Finlay, who is also an owner at Plymouth CrossFit. Dave is Level 1 CrossFit Certified, USAW Certified, and also has the following certifications: NASM CPT & PES / NSCA CSC.
