CrossFit WOD
- Men 95#/ Women 65#
- 5 Deadlift
- 5 Squat Clean
- 3 Push Jerk
- EMOTM for 10min
Basic Training WOD
- 5 Times Around Tire (Sprints) then 2 min Rest
- 5 Rounds
- then
- 10 Burpees
- 20 Sit Ups
- 5 Rounds (2 min Rest Between Rounds)

Plymouth CrossFit Congratulates Team
We, at Plymouth CrossFit, would like to congratulate all our “Elite Athletes” that participated in the CrossFit Sectionals in Columbus, OH on Sunday March 7, 2010. Dave, CJ, James, Brad, Mark, Kim, & Kelly showed outstanding endurance and strength in a true test of total body fitness. The workouts were demanding and challenging, and our Plymouth CrossFit team persevered. Their dedication to their training along with other personal sacrifices they made to get themselves in tiptop shape was exceptional. The competition was fierce, but all of our team placed high in the standings, with Kelly, Kim, & Brad placing in the top 20 and moving on to the Regional’s in May. We look forward to the next event and know that the entire gym supports our team as they continue to train for the upcoming Regional CrossFit Games.
Again, congratulations to the team from all of us at Plymouth CrossFit!
