- Pushups tabata
- 2min rest
- Situps tabata
- 2min rest
- Back Extensions Tabata
- Sandbag Sprints (The distance, number of sandbags and weight to be announced at event.)
Compare to Rest Day Tabata (nobody entered their scores so the comparison will be difficult).
