105# thruster, time: 13:53…I never want to do this workout again.
105 lbs. thrusters, time 13:11. Nasty Fran sucks! One of the hardest workouts we have done in a while.
95# thruster, no band for the pull ups, time 16:39. How bad is the workout when one of the trainers has to pull over half way through and puke?? Don’t worry CJ I won’t tell anybody it was you. Oooops sorry!! That was without a doubt one the sickest workouts I have participated in since I started training with you guys…and there must be something wrong with me, because I really loved every minute of it…right after I was done that is. Congratulations to everyone that finshed this one!!!
