Yesterday was one of the more evil workouts we’ve ever had. I really appreciated being one of six people at the 730. Of course, Judy was the only one at the 630.
Agreed Alex…BRUTAL…..I hear a make up day may be in the works
For the warm up I did 95# bar with 9 full rounds, and then 7 pulls and 5 pushups…medicine ball madness pretty much lived up to it’s name, and I maxed out at 305 for the one rep bench press
55# bar for a weak showing of only 7 rounds
then 12# med ball…max was 115 for bench press
