PLYMOUTH CROSSFIT PALEO CHALLENGE

WHO: ANYONE! BRING FRIENDS

WHERE: ALL OVER, DUH!

WHEN: NOVEMBER 24TH TO DECEMBER 24TH

WHY: TO GET HEALTHY AND LIVE LONGER!

WHAT IT ENTAILS:

30 DAYS PALEO, 1 MINI SEMINAR, AND 4 GROUP PALEO MEETINGS EVERY TUESDAY AT 8 PM DURING THE WEEKS IT’S ON

REQUIREMENTS:

 SIGN UP, PAY 10$ TO THE POT, AND WEIGHT IN BY FRIDAY NOVEMBER 24TH

STANDARDS: EAT CLEAN PALEO Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.

 IT PROBABLY ISNT!

WINNERS POT: THE WINNERS WILL BE THE MALE AND FEMALE THAT LOSE THE MOST % OF BODYWEIGHT IN THE 30 DAYS. THEY WILL SPLIT THE POT

·      TUESDAY THE 11TH: QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

     §  ANYTHING WE HAVE LEARNED ON OUR OWN

·      TUESDAY THE 18TH: PALEO POT-LUCK
